SHIPPING

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, Hawaii, Alaska. 

We offer free shipping when you order 2 or more products or choose to subscribe. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and the product is shipped within 3-8 business days. Due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur.

Orders may be placed online only.

 

CANCELLATION 

Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.


RETURNS 

100% customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your order in any way, you can contact us at hello@kindfully.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will gladly help to make things right. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
